1cPlain, low-fat yogurt
1/2cFinely chopped cucumber
1/4tsSalt
2tbFine chopped radishes
2tbMinced parsley
1tbFine chopped onions
1tbLemon juice
1tbPrepared horseradish
1dsCayenne pepper

Remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Values per serving: CHO 3 gm., PRO 1 gm., FAT 0, Cal 17, Sodium 84 mg. with salt. Food Exchange per serving: Up to 3 TBSP may be considered "free."
